| | Welcome to my website, your source for homes and property in Eastern Massachusetts, the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. I'm a native New Englander, born and raised in the Merrimack Valley in the city of Lowell. In the 1800s, this region was the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution, thriving thanks to the Merrimack River, which powered mills from Manchester, NH, through Lowell, Lawrence, Haverhill and Amesbury, Mass. Like many Northeastern metropolitan areas, this region fell on hard times in the 1960s and 70s. In 1978, the U.S. Department of the Interior established the Lowell National Historical Park, which put that city on a new path. Lowell has been rediscovered, and continues to thrive, thanks to a growing arts community and a population of natives and newcomers alike, who are passionate about preserving its history and ensuring its future. Like Lowell, Manchester and Nashua, NH, as well as Lawrence, Haverhill and Amesbury, have all made great strides in recent years, with downtowns gaining new shops and restaurants. Lowell's renaissance is complimented by attractive and desirable towns in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern NH like Groton, Windham, Andover, Carlisle, Derry, Westford, Hudson and Tewksbury, among others, which have become great destinations for homeowners in search of active lifestyles, entertainment, good schools and affordable housing. Options range from traditional single family homes to condominiums in brick and wood-beamed mill buildings once filled with the thunder and heat of cotton and woolen looms. From this area, all of what is special about New England is within a drive of an hour or two! These days my wife and I are raising our son back in my hometown. We can see that he is growing to appreciate all that the region has to offer, just as we do. I hope you'll consider making this corner of New England your home as well. Most new buyers these days start their search online. To stay current with the most up-to-date changes and new listings, be sure to sign up for my New Listings Notification.
